Throught the Eyes of Those Observing LH-chan! 2000 #2 - Takeshi Satoshi. I am sorry to think this, but you were not ready, I knew this from the third day we spent here, at Sekei Kougen. It was no surprise to me that you did not win. I have more experience than others in this vein, as I have known many other Masters--and many other strong-willed children. Not to say that it does not hurt my heart to see your dream broken. I know how hard you've tried this past year. Satoshi. No one I have ever known tries harder than you. Such was the reason I gave you the greybadge-- you impressed me. You kept returning and trying to defeat me, when it seemed impossible, when any other Trainer would have just moved on. You would not lose, you would have stayed in Nibi City for the rest of your days had it taken you that long to defeat me. Thankfully, it did not take that long, you managed to make your Pikachuu strong enough to defeat my rock pokemon, no other Trainer would have even tried such a scheme. Yet, you did, and you would have beaten me...but you gave up, wanting to win by your own strength, and that of your pokemon rather than your extrordinary good luck. Luck that carried you to your match today, but fled once the time came for battle. Satoshi. Take heart my young friend, the dark cloud that seems to have settled about you since me left Sekei Stadium does not become you; and while your dream may have broken, it has not shattered. If you do not crush it's pieces in your fists it will be easy enough to put back together. Satoshi. If you can find it in your strong heart to try again, as you could when you began this journey, I know you can find what you were missing today. You will become a far stronger Trainer. Next time I know, you will be ready. *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Legalities: Pocket Monsters © the zillion people who own the series, none of whom are LH-chan, who just borrowed their characters for a brief jaunt through their brains. =^_^=
